All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking, from Madoc, ON. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified. $100 liability insurance is included. If you wish to add additional insurance, extra fees will apply.


Shipping within Canada*:

Orders under $135 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95

Orders $135 + will ship for FREE! 

Group orders are allowed.  Please ensure total of all orders combined is $135+ to qualify for free shipping.  All orders will be shipped to one address.  You are responsible for arranging pick up/delivery of your individual order from that address. 

Local Pick up is available. If you choose this option, please contact me to make arrangements.

Shipments of excessive weight or shipments to remote areas may incur extra shipping charges. You will be contacted prior to shipping if this applies to your order.

In some cases, an order may qualify for lettermail shipping. This option does not come with tracking or insurance. If your order qualifies, I will contact you. If you agree to this option, a refund will be issued on the flat rate shipping. TAWOTGS is not responsible for any packages that are sent via lettermail and not received by the customer.


Shipping Outside of Canada:

At this time, shipping outside of Canada is not available.



Your order will likely arrive in recycled packaging. I re-use as much as I can, as often as I can. It may not be the prettiest option, but for TAWOTGS, it’s the best option. A paper copy of your invoice will only be included in your package if requested.



Not satisfied with your order? Providing you meet the criteria below, you may be eligible for product exchange or store credit. No cash refunds. Please contact me prior to returning items.

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging attached).
Returned items that have any odour (e.g. smoke), or contain pet hair will not be eligible for return.
Customer may be responsible for shipping charges when returning an item. Contact me.
Clearance items are final sale, no returns.
Please note: returned orders may have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.



Occasionally products have defects. It sucks but it does happen! Most manufacturers deal with defects directly with the customer. If you need help, just let me know.
